Do NOT sign a lease at a Cambridge managed property! I’m not typically a review writer but I felt compelled to post our struggles with living here in hopes of prevent others from suffering a similar fate. My wife and 3 kids moved to the Flats at west broad village 10 months ago and when we signed the lease we were told how this is a quite residence with a quite time from 10pm to 8am. Nothing could be further from the truth. Living here is like living in the middle of a construction site. A construction site that starts work at 5:20am and ends a 10pm every night. The main construction is the new ACAC being built directly across from us that we were not told about. There’s also the all day jack hammering when they decide to redo sidewalks. As if this isn’t enough noise we then have the all night Harley motorcycle drag racing up down the main street the buildings are on. The police won’t do anything since it’s a privately owned road and the management (Mia the Manager, Evelyn Holland the Regional Manager and Rob Piezon the President) flat out said they don’t care. All we asked for is to be let of our lease at month 11 so it would only be 1 month short. We were told by Rob that they have done it in the past but they know a lot of people want out of here and so they won’t do it for us for fear of everyone trying to get out of their lease.
You’ve been warned about this place. Stay away!

They don't train their employees to have professionalism or customer service especially the manager. Don't move into their property at City Walk in Woodbury, MN. She will treat you bad then go lie to corporate. Living in a very hostile uncomfortable environment at the moment until my lease is over. So uncomfortable I rather hire a plumber to come unclog my drain, then call the office.
