All Custom Embroidery

Brian emailed their final artwork to me and asked that we set-up the logo for embroidery. The logo was set-up and a sample sewout was produced and emailed 3 days later. When he called to ask the status of the sewout proof I explained to him that the proof was emailed and that I had not received the approval to proceed with production. At that point, he became very rude and insisted that I did not send him anything. I again told him that it was sent and I could not explain why he didn't receive the proof but if he wanted to stop by and view the proof in person we would be willing to rush the order of 6 pcs. through production within a day or two. That was not satisfactory to him and he said he was taking his business elsewhere. I then explained to him that if he was going to have another company do the embroidery work that they would still need the embroidery set-up file to perform the work and since I had already completed the set-up I would be willing to send the file to them for embroidery once the set-up fee was paid. I never said that he could not have his shirts if the set-up fee was not paid, in fact I tried to facilitate the transition to another company to try and make the situation better. He stopped by later that afternoon and I showed him the screen shot of the original sent email proof and he said "how do I know that is real". Really... All I could do at that point is shake my head in disbelief and I gave him the shirts and told him to have a good day. So if anyone was unprofessional or rude in the situation I believe it was him.
