Tradewinds Fencing

Went to Lowes about a Fence Install they Contracted with Tradewinds, Tradewinds came out exactly when they said they were going to, walked the yard with us and made sure to put the fence exactly where we wanted it, we and our dogs are very happy with the whole project. The install was great!!! They installed my privacy fence. However, they are NOT very good on follow-up, when it comes to fixing problems. I have reported that my fence has issues, They sent a guy out to look at it, in MARCH. We are now in the latter part of JUNE. And, I have heard NOTHING back from the at all. I have made 5 phone calls,asking them to return my call, and let me know SOMETHING. As of yet, I still have not heard back from them, to rectify my issues. I find this VERY unprofessional.
