Creekview Auto Wash

Terrible business. Their equipment damaged our truck today. The manager/owner was very apologetic and offered to have his mechanic from Zoom-In Automotive fix the damage. He tried and tried to fix the damage. After the mechanic looked at it and determined he could not fix it, the m/o started placing the blame for the damage on us. We said "but you are the ones who folded the mirrors in." He was very aggressive and accusatory to us. If you value your vehicle do not use this business. You will be stuck out. We wish we would have viewed the other complaints from other customers who suffered vehicle damage from their equipment. Now we will have to take stronger means to get the business to provide their insurance so we can file a claim.

Gave me a really good wash every spot I saw was gone

Dishonest business practice & horrible quality of work. On 06/02/2011, I wanted to get three of my cars buff polished & waxed. It was around 1 PM, Nick (manager?) told me that it takes more than 2 hours for each car to get buff polished & waxed & he can only get two cars taken care of, that day since he has only one guy who works on buff polish & hand wax. We agreed to a price and left two cars at the facility. We went to Braums next door for a quick lunch (15 min) then my son dropped me off at Firestone at Stacy/Greenville. I picked up my other car from firestone (dropped off earlier for oil change) then drove back to Creekview Auto Wash for a car wash. As I went there, I saw both my cars are parked on the street. I asked why my cars are still sitting on the street, Nick (mgr.) told me that all jobs are done for both cars. I asked how is it possible to have both cars done polishing & hand waxing in less than 1 hour when he said it takes 2-3 hours? Nick had no answer. Cars showed no sign of buff polish or waxing. All the spots and dirts were still sitting on the cars. It seemed that they just washed the cars & nothing else. I was so disgusted, I just paid and left. Waste of time & money. I will never take my cars to Creekview Auto Wash.
