        Wonderful Customer Service

        I bought a bed set from BB&B. I took it home and cleaned it with an at home dry cleaning kit since i could not afford to take it in to be dry cleaned. When I took it out of the dryer, the pillow shams had melted and the comforter was burned. I immediately was upset and thought I had lost my money on this set. I called BB&B and told them the truth about what happened and they let me return it and exchange it for a new set. I will give them my business from now on out.
