I have been doing my taxes at this location for a few years now and I have never had any problems at all. They are really thorough and VERY detail oriented. YOU do need to do your homework beforehand though. The information will only be as accurate as you provide. You can't complain if you didn't check for accuracy of information. I highly recommend this place.

We have had our taxes preapred by this office for years and have nothing but good things to say about our experiences. We have been notified of refunds for which we qualified that we never knew existed, and that former accountants never mentioned. Everything is reviewed quickly but VERY thoroughly, and we get our refund deposited directly into our account seemingly immediately. In reading the previous review, I find it unbelievable that this taxpayer would not bother to check on the information that they were providing to an accounting office, not even verify that they had the right bank account information (!!!), and then try to blame the accountant for the taxpayer's serious mistake. Honestly, take some responsibility for your own mistakes and next time, provide your own bank account and routing information!

My husband and I made an appt. for tax preparation at this office. When we arrived for our appt. we found the office closed. This should have been our fist indication of how unprofessional this office is. We had to call the office and schedule a second appt.

During our tax preparation, the PC asked us if the account routing number on our last tax return was correct. We replied yes, however only the State return had the correct routing number because we had gone to H&R Block and the federal return was a rapid refund to H&R.

When our return was not automatically deposited into our bank account, we called the office and we were told to,"Just wait awhile." When I spoke to a co-worker the next day, they said for me to check on it. After a couple of hours of calling around, we discovered that the PC had deposited both our returns into the H&R Block bank account!

We have spent the last two weeks with the IRS, H&R Block, and the State Dept. of Treasury trying to get our tax refund back. This office has never apologized for their error or asked to rectify it in any manner. I politely wrote a letter of complaint to the office and asked them to refund the portion of our tax return that included the e-file part. Not only will they not stand by their mistake and refund us, they called us and said that knowing the bank routing number is on the taxpayer's shoulders!

This is the most unprofessional office I have had to deal with in a long time! And we still have not received our tax returns!
