Great service. I told the gentleman in my initial call that I was sorry for the last minute request but that I needed something right away for a last minute house party that we were having. He said he had nothing available but would try his best to fit me in. He called back a few hours later and said he could send me two girls tomorrow morning, first thing. I was hesitant that I would get maybe not their best crew but the girls were incredible.

They, the cleaning girls, were very thorough and asked me to walk through the home before they left before they even talked about payment. They didn't pressure me for cash or a check, like some other companies do. They told me to call the office sometime today when it was convenient for me to pay over the phone, which I promptly did. I told the gentleman I spoke to to add a tip for the girls, which they kindly did.

I'm also a very picky client, and I know that, and I asked the girls if they could not use any cleaning products that would leave a strong smell in the home and they had a number of great options for me to choose from. Overall, I was thrilled with them and it just made the entire day, including the party, a very enjoyable experience.

Really great cleaning service. Have been using Crystal Clean bi-weekly for last 6 years and have never had an issue. I usually use them during the week but have at times used them on the weekends. Also use them for my annual window cleaning and carpet deep cleaning. Easy to work with and flexible (which has come in handy on more than one occasion). Highly recommend!

A Terrible move out "cleaning " job this service provided on 2-12-15. I arrived to greet the cleaning ladies on this day to let them know what needed to be done, and one of the ladies spent more time cuddling my dog then listening to my needs . I arrived back at the town home to check on the finished job and it was not completed, the windows were smudged, the ceiling fans were dusty , the baseboards were grimy and dirty, the stove was dirty, overall this was the worst clean up job I have ever experienced. I called Greg to advise of all of the missed spots in the home and he tried to justify how long it took the cleaning ladies to finish by stating to me it was not their responsibility to clean windows , etc.. however the cleaning lady offered to clean the windows when she first arrived.



I asked greg not to charge me as of yet as I was not 100% satisfied with the job , he charged my account for services anyway.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CRYSTAL "CLEAN" TO ANYONE seeking a professional, high quality cleaning service, MY DAUGHTERS AND I COULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB !

I enthusiastically give Crystal Clean Homes 5 stars. I began using them in February 2013 when I bought my home and needed it cleaned from top to bottom before moving in. Based on their excellent customer service I felt confident that this was the right fit for me. My appointment was scheduled at 8:00 AM on a Saturday morning. They showed up right on time. They did an outstanding job and attended to every item on the checklist. I was very impressed and decided to continue them for monthly cleaning. They have been doing a fantastic and I feel very lucky to have them and in my opinion Crystal Clean Homes is a high quality, professional operation and I highly recommend their services to anyone.

A fantastic experience, no doubt. I scheduled an appointment on somewhat short notice and the gentleman on the phone was very nice to work with. The crew was waiting at my building even before they were supposed to arrive, and then were dedicated enough to stay well beyond what I was expecting. Polite and very professional. They took great care to get all the scum off my shower doors and moved just about all of the furniture to dust thoroughly.



I loved the idea of two people cleaning my home and the whole process was very pleasant. They did a wonderful job and I will definitely use them again.

I've been using this company for over 4 years to clean and manage my vacation home in Laguna Beach. I live out of state and I was a bit worried about missed appointments, restocking, and things like that, but after 4 years, they haven't missed a single booking, they've come out on Sundays at the last minute when I had a pipe that burst behind my bathroom wall, they restock items for me that they buy, and they do my windows and carpet ever year.



Every guest I've ever had has left a 5 star review on the vacation home's cleanliness and presentation and left me positive reviews on VRBO.com which is maybe the single most important thing for future renters.



I would recommend these guys to everyone. They are the nicest, kindest, and hardest working people that I've worked with. I couldn't imagine owning a vacation home without them, I really couldn't.

Love using these guys! House is always clean and they are very courteous on the phone. Used them many times and would recommend to anyone looking for a maid service.
