        Overall

        Do not move in No Parking lot and seriously they are spying on resdance. Made a big mistakem moved int here.

        Woodmont Park Apartment is not a place you want to call home. Your own apartment will not seem like your private residence as they find a new reason each month to enter your apartment to do some kind of inspection, but things that are broken will never get fixed. They claim it is in the best interest of the tenants, but clearly it is just an excuse to enter your home to invade your privacy. You're not allowed to have anything in the windows that can be seen from the outside- just one of several crazy rules.



        Roaches are a real problem just like the parking. The walls are paper thin, I can hear conversations from every room and I can hear when my neighbors use their bathroom. The list goes on and on. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau. Please save yourself the hassle and ignore the cheap price- you get what you pay for here.
