Founded 1794, Alexandria Library is an educational and user-oriented service institution that provides free public access to recorded electronic information. The library provides access to full-text articles from thousands of magazines and newspapers through online databases. Alexandria Library offers access to off-site collections, as well as electronic reference resources. The library provides several literary programs and offers home visit and talking book services for individuals with disabilities.
