R.C. Fields, Jr. & Associates, P.C. is a full service Land Development Surveying and Engineering firm. Since 1986, the firm has established and maintained a reputation for meeting high standards of quality in the field of site engineering. Fields has specialized in the greater metropolitan area and has built a base of repeat and referral clients from the government and private sectors. The firm's project design experience includes site planning, subdivisions, roads, drainage studies, water supply, sanitary sewers, flood control, storm water quality systems and project management. Other services include feasibility and environmental studies, GPS, construction/ topographic and boundary surveys, CAD, cost estimating and rezoning.

Mr. Fields is the principal in charge and a member of the following organizations; Virginia Association of Surveyors; Engineers and Surveyors Institute; American Congress on Surveying and Mapping; Maryland Society of Surveyors; Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and The Alexandria Chamber of Commerce. He has 30 years experience in the surveying and engineering field and is licensed in the states of VA and MD. Fairfax County has an expedited site plan review process and R.C. Fields has three Registered Designated Plan Examiners (D.P.E.) on staff. These D.P.E.'s help in streamlining the Site Plan Review process and significantly shortens the approval time.
