        A doctor for the Greater Metro...

        Weeksafter the appointment, I was able to review my medical records and found errors in the report. During the examination the doctor gave me a prescription and recommends back surgery. Following the surgery, my back was pain free for several hours. I was satisfied with the surgery results. However, I was disappointed with the errors in the report.
