This is the worst AT&T store I have ever been to. The staff is extremely unprofessional and disorganized. I was charged for a "free" tablet that I did not receive and this store lost my trade-in cellphone leaving me with the bill for the remaining balance of the phone. I was assured that the phone would be sent 10 days after I turned the phone in. Upon receiving correspondence that I "did not return the device" the store told me that they send in trade in devices "once a month." Upon receiving several more correspondence that I "did not return the device" approximately 2 months later, the store told me that the device was still in the back. Fast forward 1 more month, I am charged the remaining balance of the phone only to go to the store to be told that the device was no longer in the back and neither representative could confirm where the device was or when it was "sent out." Find a different AT&T store to utilize.

DO NOT USE THIS AT&T STORE!!! Buyer beware - we were conned into taking 2 "free" tablets & told that we would incur no charges related to them...12 days later we get a $399 bill. When I attempted to work the problem out - 4 trips back to the store and over 4 hours spent waiting around/talking to people, they promised to "open an investigation and someone would call" - which 7 days later still hasn't happened. I'm not the only one - had 2 others come in with similar issues during my trips, same salesman conned another lady and she got a $600 bill. The management refuses to assist, she ended up closing her account and demanding a full refund. The store & district manager both have ignored the problem and neither has made any effort to resolve the issue. Pretty sure they do this to intimidate and stall the customers until 2 weeks have passed and then claim that the items can't be returned.
