Four Seasons Car Wash

As a business owner myself, I will generally refrain from doing this with a negative review, trying to give the business the benefit of doubt. For several years this location has been my only "go to" place to clean the inside of my vehicle. There have been newer changes made, one being the price increase, of which I understand, however the service has gone downhill. The last 2 visits I have lost all my money to the machines, and have gone elsewhere to clean, feeling frustrated. I will no longer return. As there seems to be no way that I can be reimbursed my loss. It's not a lot, but the inconvenience, along with poor operation is frustrating.
