Kelly Paint & Body

Kelly Paint & Body is a first class operation! They treated us with the upmost urgency, care and respect. They dealt with our insurance company with minimum effort on our part. Our rental car was arranged for us, The rental agency contacted us and the experience was awesome. They put us in a very nice SUV. Kelly also arranged for the rental agency to pick up the rental at Kelly's. During the repair process Kelly kept us abreast of when the parts were ordered and received, when the parts were painted and installed, when the safety sensors were calibrated. This was royal treatment which is extremely rare! The quality of the work was exceptional and was completed on time. Great Job Kelly! We highly recommend Kelly's !

NOT a reputable business. Kelly doesn't honor their pre-scheduled appointments, and their office and shop staff do not seem to have their heads into their jobs. My impression was that they really don't care about putting quality and effort into their work, which is what anyone would want where their car is concerned. If you're looking for a half-hearted job, there are plenty of other places that will do the work - at a better price.

I love this body shop and the people that work there. You will too. If you need auto body repair, take it there. You will not be disappointed. I promise. They are a very nice small business in Aiken. 5 stars just aren't enough to describe them. I tell ya'll, this is the place to bring your broken beaten car for your repairs.

If you need a body shop like I needed a body shop you will stop shopping and just take it to the best Body Shop In Aiken!!! My car looks great and my truck looks great. They did a great job (twice) and gave me great customer service and even made me feel like family there. I loved their lobby area and the up to date magazines. I was never bored and never had to wait long. (really....I didn't have time to finish the magazine article before they helped me). I will be a repeat customer of theirs...again I mean, because I already have been!!

This is the Place to go when you need your body work done and you want it done professionally and with great service. If you really care about the way your vehicle looks you will take it to the best people in the business. I will always support this local small business with all my repair needs. I am a pleased customer who has had a couple of accidents and have always taken them to Kelly Paint and Body.

I think this place is the best place to go if you like great people and great auto work. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and treats you like a real person. They were great with my repairs and I will continue to take my repair needs to them and let everyone I know see the great work they did. They deserve all 5 stars and then some.
