        Over 15 years, I was oversold, overcovered, misled, lied to, and then when I learned this from my mortgage bank, H-E refused to adjust my current charges. I would never trust or recommend them.

        We regret that we could not satisfy your request, however, the policy in question was a flood insurance policy that is regulated by FEMA. By law coverage cannot be reduced until the policy renewal date, unless the property is over insured. A copy of the information used to establish the replacement value of your home was provide.
