I’ve been using this clinic for four years. Over the past six months I have been so unhappy with this office. The staff is unprofessional. The staff is rude. I cannot get my medicines called in as needed. They hold me hostage for my medicine every month. It’s really impacting my life and I will be searching for another doctor. Do yourself a favor don’t go here

I expected more from Dr. Durrett. Someone who had him before advised me to go to him for my back and neck pain. The first visit was rewarding , short visit but I felt like maybe now I can get some relief. I am not one for pills or narcotics for pain unless after a surgery. Second visit was Ok he gave me an injection in the spine. It did nothing. Third visit he gave me a brace to where. He said I didn't have to wear it all the time. Fourth visit he was abrupt short sentences said I would not get another injection due to medicare not paying. Then he asked about my neck. I told him it has been hurting a lot daily. Then he walked out. He has no empathy or bedside manner. Leaving a patient sitting there after coming 25 miles one way to see him that is wrong. The nurses came back in the room and I explained how rude he was and that he didn't even ask the pain scale on my neck he just walked out. They knew I was upset. They got him back in there and explained to him that he needed to do something more. So he decided to inject in my neck and shoulders. I thanked him and he left. I have never known a physician as rude and inconsiderate in my life. I shouldn't have had to go through all that. I may cancel any further appointments.

Need to slow down just a bit a listen to patient. I felt rushed,not even sure why I had to take a drug test. No one explained a damned thing to me. I've been out of a script since Friday Dec 26 till Dec 30th because no other Drs can write a class one narcotics even though they're in same business. Either send out emails with dates and Vacation's for just such occasions.
