I have been in several times. Have purchased parts, misc. Sthil stuff, and recently an Exmark 50 inch zero turn mower. I have gone into the service shop and got help on equipment. Not sure about others and their experiences but I am very satisfied with them so far. I purchased my mower from William the general manager. VERY FAIR PRICING as I did call around and they has an excellent price. You owe it to yourself to price them with others dealers. John Jones Aiken SC

I use to love doing buisness with these people. The owner was very inviting and his son were great people. It truly was a family operated buisness. I went into there new location yesterday with high hopes, only to find the new manager who treated me like an over eager used car salesman only after my money. I asked the only familiar face I remembered where everyone else go? Only to find out "they quit because of this manager". I know in some cases it may not be true but please I hope the owner reads this until you fire that Santa clause beard manager you have lost my buisness.

Unknowledgable, This place has horrible customer service, the only thing they might could tell you is the difference between a pistol and a rifle, even that is a long shot.

great shop. lots of cool stuff at prices that matched those of their competitors. everyone was very nice and accomidating.

If your mower is running do not let them touch it. It will never be the same. Took my mower there for a tune-up and oil change and greasing, took it home to cut the grass, after using it about 2 minutes one of the wheels came off after inspecting it the frame was also cracked, there was nothing wrong with my mower before they touched it, unless you have money to throw away take it anywhere but here.

This is exactly the business Aiken has needed for a long time! Good qualitty & great selection of top quality merchandise you won't in chain stores. I had my lawn mower repaired, had it back in a couple of days and I experienced GREAT service!

This place does not care about service all they want to do is sell you something, horrible customer service and even worse prices.
