Sold us a house , eclectic panel was not up to code! Had to replace nearly all the appliances and AC and Electric panel and breakers , they wont do anything about it. Trying to find our inspection now!!

Terrible service. Could not agree more with the below. Shifting requirements, needless delays, they seem to have forgotten they get paid by the customer to do a service for them. I cannot recommend strongly enough that you go somewhere else, unless you love delays and paying for poor service during one of the most important steps you can take in your life; purchasing a home.

They are nice when you talk to them but beyond that, this is some of the worst work ethic ever. After our loan was approved, they would take 4 days to return phone calls and most of the time would not return them at all! They messed up our loan close to Closing and did NOTHING to fix it. We the consumer did the leg work! We had to switch lenders which was the best choice we made. Stay away!
