Silver Exteriors

The first reviewer is absolutely right. Silver exteriors doesn't fulfill their warranty. I first called them for a defect with their job, and told me they will call back. No calls yet and tried to call them but nobody answers anymore. Avoiding the warranty they promised me? Don't trust this company.

Do not make a mistake. Do not use this company.



First, when I called they told me that they provide free estimates for replacing a roof.

I should have known right from the start that they will be nothing but trouble because on the phone even though I was clear that I am interested only in replacing the roof, this guy by the name of Dave, he was trying to conveince me to check the ENTIRE HOUSE!! for other repairs.

When another guy came out after couple of days, he REFUSED to give me a free estimate and he was basically pushing me to go with them through my insurance.

He would not give me a free estimate (even though I was told over the phone that they would do that), when other companies came willingly and provided me with one.

You have been forwarned!!!

Do not use this company.

They cannot be trusted with the bait and switch tactics.
