College Park Apartments

College Park Apartments, is the worse place to live. Just to update anyone who decide to move there. College park in Addison, Il is infested with bed bugs the management is not professional at all once they receive your money. If you have a visitor and someone did not like them for any reason all the resident have to do is call the office and say that they want you ban from the property without any reason. College park is unfair to the residents as well as the visitors. College park hired a towing company to remove cars if the do not have a parking pass or if the visitor park in the wrong place your vehicle will be towed with no questions asked. The tenants have been without hot water for three days and all the office can say to the tenant is that their working on it. people that has been living there for over ten years or more, do not get the maintenance service that they should have because the service is so poor. When it is time for inspection maintenance only patch up things in order to pass inspection. The residents can not do any grilling unless they walk over to the park which provide no water or to clean your hands. They even gave the adults a curfew to be inside their homes by ten o'clock. College park has to entrance and the tenants are only allowed to use one entrance to come in and out of the parking lot. College park has sealed the back gates so if the fire department had to go into the back area they couldn't because they sealed the gates so the tenants could not use them. The back door to each building the tenants do not have any access to them because they removed the nobs and handles off the doors also concerning the front entrance the doors jam to the point that no one can get out. So think about these situation before you move there. Their rate is plain and simple ( zero ).
