Big thanks to Terry got a new Gravely there Tuesday and some equipment fixed in there this week.. I wont be going anywhere else ever again. Thanks guys!!!!

It might be cold weather and still February, but my lawnmower will be needed soon. The poor dear was neglected [by my son, I take no responsibility] and left out in the weather and wouldn't start. I took the mower in to Smith's and was given a two-week wait period, which was fine with me. They called me two days later to tell me it was repaired! I was blown away by how fast the service was because the place was PACKED with other neglected equipment that needed servicing. I love 'em!

He located the parts to get it up and going again at Smiths Outdoors Power Equipment. WOW they got lots of MANLY MAN STUFF, I loved it The place is way cool and the staff know that they are doing, very helpful.

Great Service! They sell the best brands and back them up! I have the Stihl Kombi system and the attachments work as good as stand alone units.
