        Overall
        in a time of need

        The fine people at Quality have answered my call three times in the last year. i have an older house and the A/C has taken its final breath of breath of cold air. all three times i have called, the team at quality have not only responded in a timely manner, but they have been able to pin-point, and fix the system. the last visit, i decided i that i was done barely getting by. the repairman came to the door and wrote me a quote to replace the whole system. while i am in waiting for the new system they fixed my old unit well enough to get it to last a few weeks and said if it goes out again before the new system is in place that they would bring a temp. unit to replace it until my new unit arrives
