Garbo's Locksmith Service

I am so very impressed with this company, they have a very fare price, and they were very quick and efficient while programming my 2011 Toyota Sienna's key fob. I will definitely be using them again.

Gretta has been making keys for myself and my family since 2003. Every time I called, she was at my office promptly and always happy. There were several times she had to let me in because I did not have a key. She has more to offer in her key selection than anyone in Abilene. If I locked me keys in my car, she is there within 10 minutes and does NOT scuff up my car in the process of getting my car unlocked. There is nobody else I will call in Abilene. Her prices are very reasonable. Garbo's is the BEST!! Thank you, Gretta!!!

Get a written estimate! Went into Garbo's to get a key to my 2005 VW Jetta cut and programmed for the remote lock/unlock, etc. I was greeted by Sharise who acted as if she preferred I left. I asked the price for making an extra key and she said "$45 but no guarantee that it will work". I asked for her to repeat that and she repeated that it cost $45 whether it worked or not. I started to leave for the VW dealer but unfortunately agreed to pay the $45. She ended up getting an apparent manager or owner to show her how to cut the key and program my car so that the key would start the car. They said "it works". Well that was a relief.
Then I got blindsided. Sharise rang up the receipt and said "that will be $86.60"! "Do what?!" I said. "What happened to the $45 quote? That was just for "cutting the key", not programming your key where it would work. The manager or owner was standing there and Sharise insisted that told me that there was an additional charge of $35 to program the car. Untrue. She refused to acknowledge that she told me $45. About this time a man behind said "she is my wife" in what I took to be a threatening tone. I was stuck with paying $86.60 with sales tax because an employee would not be truthful about what happened.

If I ever lock my keys in my car or trunk again, and I'm sure I will I will not call any other company but Garbo's! From the first call to the last the dispatcher, Gretta, was extremely nice and when she said that a locksmith would be there in a few, she meant it. Unfortunately, my keys were lost so she sent a young man out and he made me new keys and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I really appreciate their kindness and consideration and would highly recommend them.

Garbo's is AWESOME!!! I accidentally locked my baby in the car (with the car on) & they sent someone right away. After quickly unlocking the car, I was ready to pay but was informed that "We unlock babies for free!". I highly recommend this company!!!

I am a former employee of this great company. I would totally recommend them, based on the current company I work for. These folks are a great God lead business that is fair, professional, and offer the best service. The owners are great people, the staff are great and well educated. I really miss working there, but they get my 100% vote if u need service in that area, they are the one's to call.

I just wanted to thank Tammy at Garbo's. My sister locked my ignition up and thanks to Tammy she was able to help me without costing me an arm and leg.
