Very easy to schedule, friendly staff, great dentists- plan made, Ins verified and all wrk done within a week. They have orthodontist consult ready for us immediately after and prices across the board are very reasonable.

I was blown away by the kindness of my sons dentist and his staff. They were very approachable. They understood my concerns and gave me honest feedback. My doctor and his staff stayed beyond closing time to treat my son. They didn't rush us because it was getting later. They took their time and were patient explaining aftercare treatment and medication side effects.

Had an excellent experience at the dentist visit in Abilene . They were very professional in all their work and courteous . I would recommend their office to anyone. Thank You Dr. Ohoiic for such a great job on my teeth and partial . Looks Great !!

My daughter and I love familia dental!! My daughter loves the fact that she can play while we wait and I love that I can go shopping for grocerys after our appointment. The dental assistants are very sweet and patient with us, one in particular is Mrs.Ashley. I wouldn't go anywhere else, we love it there!!

Told one price for filling over the phone then price doubles when I got there. Pushing the root canal hard just for a filling? Assistant very poor at her job, kept saying how tired she was. I paid there price and then the dentist complained on how much time he was spending doing the job? It's his job! I WILL be contacting their main office and the BBB

I have been going to Famila for a little over a year. I am on my third dentist. They just don't stick around, straight from Forest a staff members mouth, " That's the Famila way." Forest is an assistant, he is rude and cocky, he is unknowable about the industry and doesn't know what he is doing. I have been overcharged several times and I have insurance. Getting the accounting department to pull my EOB (Explanation of Benefits) compare my charges and fix the problems is taking forever and still is not done. Some of the front desk people have no clue of what they are doing and it shows. This place is a disaster, if they can't keep there dentists what does that say to you. Don't waste your time or money.

My brother went to get a tooth pulled the other day. The doc did not use any pain killers or setative. His comfort level, on a scale of 1-10 a definite 0! right now he is in excrutiating pain do to their prosedure. I will be turning this office in to the BBB. Too many people have suffered at the hands of this office and its staff!

This place has the most incompetent office personnel ever!! I hate this place and will never go there again!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! My dad got a wisdom tooth pulled and the next day turns out he was in pain 5 days later and after 3 dr visitis!!!! Turns out he got an INFECTION from dirty tools the dentist used at this office! if the antibiotics don't he will have to get surgery!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

A very gentle dentist. Explains the process, and hand holds the patient throughout the process. I would highly recommend Familia Dental to anyone who is looking for an exceptional dentist.

super friendly and will explain everything. i have been going to dentist all my life and no one has been as thorough. that's saying a lot considering my last dentist was my uncle! he definitely seems the doctor enjoys the job and teeth.
