lol hopefully single, no kids, we full time parents can be very unreliable to clients or the work place, men unless single no full-time parents also!! Single w/o kids are normally reliable hard workers. they dont have as many personal issues to correct on a set appt time they have with with clients.lol my worse mistake was picking female and somewhat be-friend them and too understanding to the endlesses mother/female type excuses . so by nature make a person want to take advantage of nice and count on us being always the same always understanding clients.business is business and time is money Lenders and Sellers should not be doing the Buyer agents job! hope this helps you save you the nightmare we experienced with this company, i wish there was good to say about them just 1 thing would of been nice.



great idea to go with USAA movers advantage programs bc your not happy with Realtors they pick in the program networks, they find you another Agent, so many other lenders has the programs for buyers/sellers and offer cash or gift cards..don't be naive also just bc its Texas ALL native are not always polite, southern/southwestern charm is here but not with all and always keep your guard up with locals and their businesses,they all know each other and sometimes are family and will refer you to family although they over price for crappy service etc .
