I have already done an exam with these people and 3 months later, I am still not permitted to have my prescription. They claim they need a follow up appointment to give it to me, even though I have already done 2 follow ups since then. I live 45 minutes away and have a REALLY hard time getting time off work. Every time I get lucky enough to get time off, they claim they are booked and can't see me even though there is no one in the waiting room. The heavy set woman at the front desk is rude and doesn't care if you can't get off work. It's so terrible that I will probably have to go get another exam somewhere else and all my money is just gone. If you don't live in town or can't get off work for their scheduled times, I would stay FAR AWAY from this place. I am out of $100 because I am hardworking person. I will never step foot in this place again. They should be sued for the money they already got from me.
