Maryland Portable Concrete has been family owned and operated for forty years. During that time we have built an impeccable reputation for customer service and product warranty. We provide accurately mixed colored concrete as a specialty; however, due to many variables in placement and finishing practices, it is beyond our control to guarantee the product in place to be a perfect color match to a representative swatch or a website sample. We ensure this understanding through means of a signed disclaimer prior to delivery. It is unfortunate that our customer, JP3176, was dealing with a contractual situation, and time constraint, that could not be satisfied. As the owner, I can only hope that I am provided future opportunity to prove to JP3176 that Maryland Portable is fair and reputable.

I ordered colored countertop mix from this company . It was VERY expensive and came out green NOT light tan . The owner would not even return my calls . And the VP came to my job site and was hitting on the homeowner who was recently widowed ! The customer was very unhappy with the color , prior to ordering the concrete I was assured by John Christian that the color would come out as ordered . When it did not Maryland Portable washed their hands of the situation And would nit help at all . Maryland Portable does not stand behind their products . Do not use them , many other companies give better service for a better price . I will not use them again , you shouldn't either !
