Small and personable business with caring people who want to help you get the most for your money. They are straightfoward when answering questions you may have about land surveying and also when asked for a quote to perform a survey. They do not believe in change orders and very rarely have I known them to implement a change order and the times they have, the customer was expecting it. Also when giving quotes they genuinely attempt to give the customer a "real price" instead of a low price in order to get a job with the intention of making up for that low price once they have the job and the customer has invested too much to change to another surveyor. At Precision, they want the customer to know what the project is really going to cost because they know how important that is when it comes to the budget of a project and they believe in repeat business and "word of mouth" advertising in hope that their customers will remember those kinds of things when they get ready for their next project. Lastly, I have complete confidence in the people at Precision in their ability to perform any type of survey you might need since they have been in business for 16 years.
