Mike's Small Engine Repair

My scooter had no spark. So, I asked if they could fix my scooter for a reasonable fee.They claimed it was a bad Coil Magneto Stator. So, I ordered the part and brought it to them. They had the scooter for 4 months. Claims they couldn't fix it, and returned it in worse condition then when it left my garage. My brand new battery swelled twice its normal size due to them over charging, and will probably explode.The scooter was always garaged. but now has rust on it due to being left in the elements. nearly each time I called to check up on it, I wouldn't get a return call. I had to visit them face to face to get answers. Also, I counted 5 times they lied directly to my face.
When I confronted them, I was told its hard to work on a scooter with no budget. I told them, I never said no budget, I ask if it could be reasonable. Either way, the dropped it at my home today, and didn't have the courtesy to knock. so, there is sat, in the pouring rain.
There were so many other things that I could write in here, however I'm trying hard to maintain my Christian beliefs, and I'm not out to write a novel lol.
I will never do business with them again, and encourage others to beware when dealing with the father and son.

Worst customer service I've ever encountered! He attempted to fix my lawn mower and never returned my call or got back to me. When I finally got a hold of him, he gave me attitude for leaving a message and asking when it would be ready. After finally picking up the lawn mower, it broke down again the next week. He refused to give me my money back or even attempt to fix it again. This place is a complete rip-off and has horrible customer service!!!
