Needed help with a pending lawsuit and Jerry was able to help me right away. My former business partner was asking for waayy more than he deserved and I was able to get things settled just prior to trial.

My former partner has posted some things that are just not true (made up?) and I felt obligated to set the record straight.

My husband and I waited patiently for months for Jerry to make some progress on a real estate issue.

After about 6 months we finally confronted Jerry on the unreturned phone calls and lack of research. My husband was very polite and just said, we need you to either work on my case or refund my retainer. Two days later, I received a letter in the mail with our entire $2500 retainer drained, with most of the line items just responding to my husband's calls asking for a status.

I think that Jerry ever really intended to do any litigation. He just hoped he could solve the problem with a phone call and when he couldn't, he quit.

Mr. Rios took my breach of contract case to trial and did an amazing job. He was professional and showed a lot of control and command of the courtroom under a lot of pressure from the Judge and the other attorney. Jerry has great instincts and courtroom presence. I highly recommend him and would hire him again without question, if the need arises.
