I received a referral from my Primary Care Physician to consult with Dr. Whitney Burrell at “South Bay Plastic Surgeons”.
Upon first meeting her, she was open, friendly, patient, kind, and professional. She was in no hurry to move on to her next patient. I was able to discuss my medical concerns with her without feeling rushed. She is exactly the kind of Medical Doctor that I always hope to meet. I was immediately comfortable with her and with her recommendations re: my medical condition.
She has treated me twice (in January and October of 2017) with out-patient surgeries. Everything went well, and I recovered in January quickly, and I am recovering quickly now. I am very pleased with the results of her expert work!
The Torrance office staff are all very helpful and polite and friendly too. And, this is good: You can count on a pleasant interaction with them and with Dr. Burrell. And you can also expect a brief wait in the Lobby prior to your appointment with Dr. Burrell; she seems to stay on schedule very well.
I have spoken about Dr. Burrell to several friends of mine recently, and I would highly recommend her to any friends and also family who might be looking for a good Dermatologist and surgeon. She’s just excellent. And feeling relaxed and confident in her care are very important to me.
I feel very fortunate to have found her! And I will continue to consult with Dr. Burrell as needed.
