To get a parking permit from them, you must submit your car registration (not license plate number). When I called them to ask what legal grounds they have this right to collect personal information, they have nothing to say. Terrible practice and terrible service and terrible company. To the management of this company, provide legal justification if you are asking personal information.

These Security guards are not doing their jobs onsite. They supposed to report a break ins or watching the units making sure everyone's sound asleep, safe and not worrying who parked their cars in an open parking lots of the units.
