ICC Collision Center

My full 9-week experience with ICC on repairs to the passenger door of my 2007 Mini Convertible can be seen on their YELP page. Here is a partial list:



1. The Monday I signed and dropped off my car, I emailed the representative all the data for my insurance coverage. Later that week I received two calls asking for my insurance and claim number because they couldn't find my information. I returned the call and left my information TWICE only to find out that they didn't get any of my messages either because of a "new phone system." So ICC had my car for an entire week, with the correct information, without starting ANY work despite my insurance carrier sending them the first payment the same week. As a result, I paid for a rental car unnecessarily for 8 days.

2. Additional supplements were added by ICC totaling over 5K. I agreed to them knowing that the requested work probably didn't have anything to do with my initial repairs, but my rear hatch light had gone on even though the trunk was closed and was told that putting my car on a rack to straighten the frame was the only way to ensure my trunk would close properly. After all the extra time and money spent on this, my trunk door is still crooked and I have to push the door in one corner to make the rear hatch light turn off, which was the whole point of the additional supplements.

3. After the 7th week, the final supplement was submitted for $260 and I was told the car was finished by email from my representative. Despite my insurance carrier emailing ICC a copy of the final check for $260, and despite the 2 previous checks totaling over 8K arriving in a timely manner, they still held my car for a full week until it cleared their bank. It still took me checking with my insurance rep to ask if the check had cleared for ICC to release my car. So another full week of paying for a rental car... held up for a measly $260. After filing a complaint with their customer service because ICC's representative claimed that they handled my repairs in a "timely fashion", ICC corporate graciously removed $300 from my $500 deductible, which was just a bit more than what I paid out in rental car expenses for those 2 extra weeks.

4. Upon picking up my car and being promised everything was in working order, I left ICC and headed back to work only to find my steering becoming incredibly tight and warning lights flashing on my dashboard. I immediately called ICC and turned around and on the way back to the shop, the check engine light came on, the power steering nearly failed on the freeway, the AC began making clicking sounds and I discovered a tear in my custom tint when I tested to see if the window they repaired worked. I was furious when I came back, but once I described the incident the ICC rep told me that it sounded like my battery had gone "bad". My battery was fine when I brought in my car, but under ICC's care, apparently it turned foul.

Team ICC is just that! Quality in every repair, you bet. Works with all insurance companies. What a great experience!

Unfortunately for me I had to go see these guys for the 2nd time, FORTUNATELY for me I had to go see these guys! They were referred to me by my Audi Dealer and man oh man do they do GOOD work. Sam, thanks for taking care of my car, I appreciate your work, honesty and ethics.................something not always found in your industry.

My family's been taking our cars to ICC for repair since before I had a license. His estimates ICC’s work is always the best. When I started driving, I was a car wreckin' fool. The fact that I'm still alive is a testament to the patience of my parents. Frank always fixed us up quickly and we never had a problem with any of his work. It wasn't until I got my own car with my own insurance and found out I had to go to someone else to get the work covered that I really realized how great this place is. It might be out in Riverside but if you want your car fixed right you'll make the trip to OC.

It's really kind of funny how great ICC Collision Center really is. Funny simply because in comparison to other body shops, you can't beat them.



Extremely friendly in every step of the way, on time response, and plenty of options. I would definitely use their services time and time again.

I had to be downtown SA for a business meeting and there was construction everywhere and all of a sudden my engine temperature light comes on and smoke starts pouring out of my hood! I was a block away from ICC, pulled in, and right away Alek was outside helping.



He allowed me to leave my car in his care, and I left with green ooze flowing away from my car. They gave me a ride to my meeting, what service.



Soon I was updated: they had added coolant, looked over everything and declared it a quick fix, free of charge!! and then were so gracious to let me leave the car there until my meeting was done, hours later. They came and picked me up at and gave me a ride back to get my car.



Talk about SERVICE & GENEROSITY! My Dealer told me to contact these guys because I was closer to ICC then the Dealer, I can not believe it and that’s why ICC gets my vote and the best review ever. Thanks again!

I loved the service here! They took car of my Saab after I hit a pole. I thought they would have totaled my car, but they worked with my insurance and did an amazing job on repairing it. I hope I never have another accident but I will not hesitate to return or refer friends here!

These folks run a quality body shop! I got the referral from my insurance agent. I was considering going to the dealer where I bought my Porsche but she said that some of the dealers hire new guys in the business and I should go to a professional shop. She was right! My 911, which had been rear ended, was repaired in great detail. Their technicians found some hidden damage that the appraiser missed. They dealt with the insurance company covering the work and all was made right! Great work. Great paint. Professional service.

I have never written an online review before; however, I am compelled to write one following my amazing experience at ICC. I never thought it was possible to actually enjoy a car repair experience. The customer service was so great, it was almost surreal. I just now opened my mail and found a thank you note from Peter James, the guy who works in the corporate office there. What??? He is thanking me? I should be sending them a thank you and maybe a gift card or a tip or flowers or something, because they saved me about 300 dollars not to mention days without my car. Without me even asking, they took the time to call local wrecking yards to find matching parts for my beat-up Honda Civic (which is no longer beat-up, thanks to ICC). They could have easily sold me the more expensive after-market parts and I would've never known. They laid out all of my options and all of the prices and then got the parts in (from a wrecking yard) the same exact day. I've been told this is a tough task with Honda Civics...so hats off to ICC for finding parts so quickly. Once the parts (a side mirror and bumper) were in, they had their guys in the shop finish it the car within a couple hours. I thought I'd have to rent a car or hitch a ride while my car was being fixed...but no, not at ICC. They are lightning fast and I think Liz at the front desk is the best. She gets it done.

Went to get a quote and Had the most friendly and Beautiful woman help me out! Audrye makes me want to have a fender bender every week she is that cool! I recommend this place to everyone!

100% satisfied is and never will be achieved in my book. Nobody’s perfect not even me. I give you a 98% or 4.8 stars. Oh what the heck 5 stars but I still give you a 98% only because nobody’s perfect. Almost but nobody’s perfect. Ok you guys were great, is that good enough? Great? I think so.

On the rare occasions when I have had to use a body shop I have had the good luck to go to ICC. The first time was probably about 8 years ago. I chose them because they were recommended by GEICO. I went in to check them out and met Sam, a true gentleman. I was unfamiliar with the process with insurance and he made it all transparent and taught me the ins and outs. He took care of everything he was honest, scrupulous and kind. Later when I wanted to sell my car I took it to him to be buffed. Each time the car was completely detailed on the interior as a complimentary free service. All the paperwork was explained carefully so I really understood.

Lastly, I was rear-ended while in a line of cars that had stopped for a turning car on Dyer Rd. recently and of course went straight to ICC Peter took care of me this time. Still the same excellent service and true kindness.
