On the business side, one of your employees (John Deck) continues to impress me with outstanding customer service and professionalism. John continuously goes the extra mile to ensure my well being (via safety) along with the highest of level customer satisfaction.



To explain further, John will take the time to call me from his cell phone on the weekend if I am picking up my vehicle on a Saturday to ensure everything was ready for me and to see if I had a pleasant experience without him there. On one occasion, I had a safety and maintenance problem after picking up my car on a Saturday and he went out of his way to advise me how to handle the safety concerns and made sure I was set up first thing Monday morning with the service department to address the issue and take good care of me. In addition, John always pays close attention to how long I have been waiting to obtain my loaner vehicle. He also always pays extra attention (to my wait time) when I am picking up my car after my service is complete. Finally, both John and his Director Roger See also look for ways to help me maintain my vehicle in the safest and most economically sound way possible during these difficult economic times.



I hope you find this information helpful and pass along for me a job well done to both Roger and John.

Because of their continued excellent service, my wife and I have decided to bring her business to Crevier and will lease another BMW from you once her Mercedes lease is close to expiration. I personally have bought/leased 6-7 vehicles from your company over the years.

I just moved to the LA area an...

I just moved to the LA area and coming from a smaller city I had no clue how much gas would be in my SUV. I moved because I was relocated for a job promotion but my house isn’t very close to the job site, to be more exact its almost 100mi round trip. I had decided, I need a new car. I was asking around if anyone had any recommendations for a good dealer. One of my co-workers said her sister had a great experience at Crevier. I looked them up on the net and checked on their record with the Business Bureau. I would say they it about 90% positive. I went into mini on my day off. I was lucky enough to meet Mike. I told him my situation and before I knew it we were test driving different cars. I fell in love with a used M5. We went in the showroom and discussed the final price. Thanks to Mike and Crevier Mini I am saving around $500 a month in gas.

Honestly, my orginal goal was ...

Honestly, my orginal goal was to see McKenna or Shelly BMW because I've talked over the phone with them and checked out their sites because I found the right car white/beige colors, miles, and price. Nothing bad about Crevier's site but I just couldn't find the colors. Also, I wasn't even looking at a 335i because it was over my price range. A co-worker had the best experience at Crevier after she went to Irvine and left very happy from your dealership that I decided to check you guys out during lunch. From an outstanding expericence from greeting, car information, ultimate driving demo, and intelligence of finance how I can manage an upgrade to a 335i from McKenna's 328i for about the same price got me to decide that very night without having to see what McKenna or Shelly has to offer. You made it all too easy and I'm very impressed with the entire experience. Even friends and co-workers are impressed and I hope they seek you out when they decide to trade in. Believe me, I got a lot of eyes and brows thinking about it.



It's only been a couple days but I've searched around for tinting service and decided to go with Crevier's BMW services. Even though the price was a bit higher with you guys, just from what I've spoken to you about Crevier's service, I knew I would be getting 100% satisfactory work. So I took my car in yesterday and again the immediate greeting was 100% awesome for checking in. I stood there for barely a 1 minute and Jason Beers came out and immediately got all my questions answered about tinting and services. Normally I'd be waiting about 5 minutes at Toyota or Acura dealer (old cars) before I got to see a service tech. Also without having to check a computer systems or anything, Jason had I'm guessing a diagnostic paperwork of my car in his had and notified me I had a recall of a fuel injector that you guys will check and repair if needed all covered as a certified vehicle. Something I didn't expect since i just got the car two days ago but this was the excellence I was anticipation and got. He listed a carwash, checking filters, fluids, air pressure, and loaned me a 328i so I didn't need to wait the entire day there. I was in and out so fast I was just impressed with their professionalism as I was with you.



This was an outstanding service that I've never experienced anywhere else. I'm sharing my experience with everyone I know and I hope they seek you out. It's funny, even people I know that have BMW's are impressed. I'm definitely going to revisit Crevier on every new car for life now!!!

I have been married for 30 yea...

I have been married for 30 years. My husband and I have had quite a few vehicles through out our marriage. I have recently retired and have been in the market for something for just me. I wanted something stylish and femine at the same time. I have visited and browsed many dealerships online and in person and hadn't found anything that interested me, Until I came across Crevier Mini. The Mini Cooper is so luxurious and just the kind of car I have been searching for, for so long now. My sales rep was Mike and he was very informative and impressed me and my husband who also enjoys the look of the Mini Cooper with the knowledge he knows about these great looking cars. I decided to purchase a pre-owned 2010 Mini Cooper and I absolutely love it. I'm so glad I came across Crevier Mini and had the opportunity to have Mike as my sales rep. He definately made this buying process enjoyable and exciting. I'm so happy to have my own Mini Cooper and to top it all off it's wonderful on gas, for my many trips to come.

I originally came into mini lo...

I originally came into mini looking for a used mini. From what I have read and all the research I have done they have great reviews and get great gas mileage. When I got there I was looking around and fell in love with the new mini. It has so much cargo room and is very spacious. I didn’t think I could get financed for a new one but I was already there and so excited I went for it. I knew it was a shot it in the dark but I had to try. They ran my credit and come to find out my predictions were correct. The numbers were off by about 10,000. The sales man said he would be right back and walked to his MGR. He comes back to me and told me that they were going to give me 2500 more on my trade in, drop the price of the new one 2500 and give me a NEW CAR REBATE. Now we were off only $2000. I came back the next day with the Cash. I am now driving my super clean new mini. Thank you so much to the sales team at Crevier Mini.

My Baby Girl

My daughter is graduating this year and she'll be going off to college this fall. Her graduation gift from her mother and I is to get her a new vehicle. We want her to have a realiable vehicle and something good on gas, so she doesn't have to worry about a car only her grades.. We over heard her talking a few months ago to her friend that she really likes Mini Coppers that when she graduated college she was going to think about getting herself one. My wife and I looked into the price and quality of a Mini Copper and we thought it was the perfect car for our daughter. We called Crevier MINI which isnt to far from our home and talked to Tom. He filled us in on all our questions and convinced us to come in and take a look around. I'm very glad we did come in today because my wife and I are so blown away by the customer service we received. Tom is so amazing he helped us find a 2010 Mini for our daughter and I can't wait to see the look on her face when she sees it. Thank you so much Tom.

I am writing this to personally let everyone know what an unforgettable experience it was for my daughter and I when we made the decision to buy BMW from Crevier BMW. We had the pleasure of meeting a salesman buy the name of Mr. Craig Silva, his energy and professionalism was very pleasant, his attitude was very enjoyable. He worked hard to get us both a good deal and was very knowledgeable in what he does. We have only driven Mercedes Benz and so we had a lot of questions. Thank you Crevier for such a great salesman, I told him that he should be a manager so he could teach others, the talent he has.

I am a first time buyer, I have been looking and researching different car websites and always browsing at dealerships that interested me. I finally came across Crevier Mini and was really very interested in the Mini Cooper look and quality. I decided to visit Crevier Mini and from the moment I walked in I knew this was what I was looking for. Eric was very polite and friendly. He was patient and understanding the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the cars and features as well. I decided to go with the 2010 Mini Cooper and I am very happy with my choice. Eric made the purchasing process quick and easy. Very impressive sales rep. I will most definaltely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. I will be back for repairs and I will not go anywhere else. Great Job Crevier Mini.

Great Service

When I attended a party, hosted by Laguna College of Arts & Designs, I got to talking with Stacy Blaugrund who was representing Crevier BMW. During the course of the conversation I mentioned possibly buying a new Lexus. She gave me her card and said to contact her.

About a month or so later I did call and was referred to Mike Spencer. I went in and over the course of a few days. I purchased a used 2010 Lexus Sedan. It was the best experience I have ever had in buying a car. Mike was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. After the sale I had a problem pre-setting radio stations. I gave him a call and he took the time to walk me through the process. I never expected such great service.

The bottom line is I have told everyone about Crevier BMW. Also about Crevier philanthropic generosity to Laguna Beach.

Crevier Mini is great I went by for a Brief moment to find out about purchasing a car in May. I am recieving a settlement in May and would like to by a new car cash. I was looking on the internet and saw a couple Coopers, so I called and spoke with Mike on the phone. He gave me great information on some vehicles. Recently my wife, Kristina, and I took delivery of a new 2011 BMW 535i from your facility in Santa Ana. This is the fifth BMW we have owned and the second from your dealership. Needless to say we are loyal to the brand, the design, handling and performance. Craig Silva took care of our special order needs, tracked the production of the car and stayed in close contact with us every step of the way until the car arrived... even a bit earlier than expected.

When I arrived at the dealership to actually meet Craig for the first time, he understood I was pressed for time beforehand, and made sure the required paperwork was in order prior to my arrival. Craig escorted me to the car and gave me a quick demonstration of some of the new features. My comment was that it is the prettiest BMW we have ordered to date. Back inside, Craig made sure I was properly taken care of while visiting with the financial personnel. Soon I was on my way back to a busy day, leaving the new car behind for my wife to pick up and drive home. But before I departed, I mentioned to Craig that the transaction and service he provided was the best and smoothest I had ever encountered. It was not only big things that Craig did for us that impressed me, it was the little things that most people may not notice.

Two days later Kristina called me at work and told me that she found several severe scratches and fish eyes in the clear coat on the hood of the car. After work that evening I inspected the car and we came to the conclusion that Craig should see the damage. Neither of us noticed the damage at the dealership on the day we took delivery, however the damage was not as noticeable in natural sun light as it was under very unforgiving fluorescent lighting. The fact that Kristina's special ordered, brand new car was damaged created a level of overwhelming devastation for both her and I.

We visited the dealership five times, sometimes both of us, to discuss the damage and possible solutions. All the while, Craig happily received us and insured us with confidence that the problem would be resolved to our satisfaction. Meanwhile, he utilized the resources available to him and stood true to his word. Craig could have simply directed us to the Service and Body Shop Managers and gone about his business. But he didn't. He not only followed through with the sales transaction, but went well above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the overall experience with doing business at Crevier BMW was of the same standard of quality as the brand itself. Crevier has built a reputation for being one of the best automobile dealerships in southern California. It is a person like Craig Silva that encourages people like us to return to Crevier. Tremendous assets like Craig are what make your business outstanding.

Thank you for a great experience

I just had my best car buying experience ever. Without a doubt, Crevier Mini knows what they're doing and has a great team in place. I've been looking to replace my Yukon XL for three or four months. I've driven everything from corvettes to VW. In fact, I've driven a lot of cars I actually like, but nothing compared to the Certified Pre-Owned 2010 Mini I purchased. However, it was just as much the experience as the car that made me write this review.

First of all, Dana Eastman is second to none in knowing how to showcase a Mini. He's a complete expert and a pleasure to deal with. He never wasted my time talking down other cars or trying to "hard sell" me. Just gave me the facts and proved these Mini's are quality cars. I doubt there's a better "motoring advisor" on the planet.

After I decided on which Mini I wanted, and believe me with so many cars to choose from this was no minor decision, I worked with the Floor Manager, Enrique Aguilar, to finalize the deal and trade in my 2003 Yukon XL. Enrique was straight forward and easy to deal with. What more could you ask for? Buying a car shouldn't be rocket science or mentally draining. All I ask for is straight forward, honest communication and that's what I got.

Once the deal was finalized I worked with the Business Manager, Anthony Scolieri, to obtain financing and complete all the necessary paperwork. Again, just as with Dana and Enrique, dealing with Anthony was nothing but a great experience and pleasure.

When I buy my next Mini, and I will………I’m going back to Crevier - no if, ands, or buts.

Franks knowledge of the vehicle and ease of presentation made this purchase a comfortable and pleasant experience. This was the second BMW I have purchased with Frank Chivat as the salesperson. Dealing with someone who is honest that I can trust takes a lot of the apprehension of buying an expensive vehicle away and replaces it with confidence and an overall good feeling that you know you are going to be treated fairly. I had a terrible experience with an extremely dishonest sterling BMW salesperson a few years back so I really appreciate the difference that Frank Chivat made in assisting me with the purchase of my X5.

I am a recent customer of your service department at Crevier, and I just want you to know what a terrific experience I recently had with one of your service managers, Joe West. After contacting over half a dozen BMW service locations and speaking with each service manager, I was convinced that I had to bring my BMW X3 to Crevier. After explaining to Joe the complicated issues surrounding my car, (the transmission, the service bulletins, the loss of power while driving on the freeway, etc.), Joe reassured me that he would take personal responsibility for diagnosing and resolving my car problems.



I had my car at Crevier for over a week. You should know that Joe did an outstanding job of providing me with the best service. His level of understanding, professionalism and genuine kindness was beyond reproach. I have been a manager for many years, and I know how fortunate we are when we are lucky enough to have an 'A' player on our team. They not only set examples for others to aspire to and make us look good, but they truly are a reflection of the company they represent.



Joe's level of professionalism, coupled with his outstanding customer service, compelled me to write this letter.

Came to Crevier MINI to see what was out there. I knew we wanted a Cooper just did not have any idea with features, ended up purchasing a used 2010 MINI. We were happy with pace, customer service, and of course our new MINI. We will recommend others to this location.

Bad experience with Mini Crevier.

I bought my mini cooper last July as a dealer demo from Crevier Mini. The car had 6400 miles. It has been back to Crevier over 10 times for service and twice to Irvine BMW. I have experienced nothing but bad service from Crevier and my issues were never resolved on the first visit. Although I appreciate the BMW loaners I was provided on 4 occasions, the wait time when waiting is rediculous. No one there has ever seemed genuinely interested in my concerns. I tried to trade my mini in on a BMW and the sales department totally tried to rip me off. The least this dealership could do is take into consideration all the issues I have had with this 09 mini cooper and work with me. No one is ever held accountable for their actions and although they claim that customer service is a top priority, this is not the truth. Although the service advisor seems genuine, I would not recommend this dealership and or service department to my worst enemy.

Horrible Manager!!!

I bought my mini 6 months ago and the plastic cover on the right side of the windshielf came off while I was driving. I called to see if it was convered under warrenty since it was a defective part. When I went in, the mananger Robert See in the service department had me wait about 45 minutes and also gave me stupid excuses to why that defective part is not covered under warrenty. He said the part was not here for him to examin (it flew off!!!) and that someone could have tried to steel it by taking it apart, or I hit something on it and it came off, or clothe got caught on it and it ripped it off. He kept on using the word "cracked". Now to my knowledge, it something cracks, isn't that a factory defect? He was very rude about everything and unreasonable! Never go there again!
