Ahart does NOT do the work she is hired to do. Look at all of the bad reviews she has on various sites. This is not a one time thing. She has already been suspended for this 3 times by the Texas Bar Association (2010). You can look that up yourself to verify. See the Texas Bar Association Journal. As of December 2016 she has at least 2 grievances filed against with the TX Bar. One is going to get a hearing soon. If you have been cheated by Ahart, please file a grievance and let's put this predator out of business.
