        Dell has been my computer of choice for years. At this time, retired, I have two desktop, and 1 laptop. I have spent several hours today trying to communicate with Dell to find a new laptop. Later I spent more time to reach out to Dell Customer Relations. After 1 1/2 hours I gave up, and I am hopeful my review of my experience may reach someone considering a Dell computer. My suggestion is do NOT buy Dell.
