Elements Therapeutic Massage

I thought I'd use the Groupon to celebrate my sister's 65th b.d. with her so I booked two massages, telling the receptionist I only wanted female massage therapists and that I wanted women who could do deep tissue massage. First, they switched one of the two women initially assigned to us. They did this the day before the appointment after much time had gone by. They tried substituting someone who could not do deep tissue until I complained and a manager intervened. Then, the day of the massage, one of the two assigned therapists called in "sick" and I was told only a male therapist was available as a substitute. I said "no way", just let my sister have the deep tissue massage with the woman and I'd sit in the waiting room instead of getting a massage. My sister was very disappointed in the massage, saying that even after she told the woman to spend the most time on her back, the woman spent lots of time on her feet which she did not like at all. On top of that, she said the woman barely spoke with her at all. My sister wanted to express her disappointment on the feedback e-mail she was promised but she never received an e-mail even after I left word on the company website that my sister had not received an e-mail asking if she was fully satisfied. Note: She wasn't. Even with the Groupon, the massage was expensive and not worth the money. What was supposed to be a delightful way to celebrate a milestone was anything but.

This is hands down the best spa to relax and enjoy a clean and esthetically pleasing environment. The staff is friendly and professional. The massage therapists are all incredible!!!! I have been to so many places all over the country and the islands and this is by far the best experience, every time!!!!!
