Nice enough place when you start - they promise they will not let you slip away and will call you if they notice you stopped coming. Well, they never called me once! I stopped going. I missed that they continued to charge my credit card (approx $50/mo). Even though I have not been there in over a year - have not used their services - they continued to charge me even after the 1 year I agreed to! When I asked them if they could refund some of the money from the 7 months past the first year, they refused. They said I have to give a written 30 day notice! They won't even take my cancellation over the phone! Hello? Wake up to the current century. People don't mail stuff anymore! I guess there is this provision in fine print on the BACK of the contract!So, unless you are really into this place, I'd suggest you avoid it. The business policy is really bad!
