Best Western Plus Palm Beach Gardens

I've stayed here twice now, and both times the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was remodeled fairly recently and you can tell. It doesn't feel grimy like some places do. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance to go back (it was a business trip).

Arrived and everything was ready and the hotel is pleasant and a great value. We had no issues.

All employes are friendly and very helpful. Love this place, will stay again and definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

This is the best Best Western we've stayed at. Everyone is helpful and nice, the rooms are great (nice local art!), and the overall experience was eye-opening. We'll be staying at more BWs in the future.

the room was clean and comfortable. Our two night stay was two nights of great sleep - beds are very comfortable. Good shower to help with waking up. Great free breakfast with variety and helpful staff. Nice size flat screen. Must be well insulated because did not hear much from outside the room. Convenient location to restaurants, a fantastic pier in Juno Beach, and easy to find from the airport.

Very nice hotel and very easy experience. The free internet, breakfast and parking always win points with me and combine that with a very comfortable bed and I have no complaints! This hotel has all the basic amenities done very nicely.

I was hear in the conference facility so I cannot comment on the rooms themselves. The hotel looks newly remodeled. I was very surprised by the quality of the food for lunch, all of the meals were quite delicious and the bread was hot and fresh.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and nicely appointed. We were in town visiting family and spent a lot of time hanging out by the outdoor fireplace and while the kids played in the pool.

We stayed for 8 nights and loved it. Great staff, clean rooms and above average hot breakfast. Loved the pool, waterfall, and fireplace. Plan on staying there whenever we visit Palm Beach. Good value. Great people.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful! First of all, while they do allow pets they have pet-free floors so you don't have to worry about hearing dogs barking all night. We had a very enjoyable, quiet and comfortable stay. The free breakfast was outstanding, and my family enjoyed eating poolside. The ambiance is stylishly comfortable, and service was stellar! We like to cruise out of Florida, and being from VA it is more expensive to fly than drive... more expensive to fly than cruise for several days even! Makes no sense, but I digress... We will DEFINITELY be looking to stay at this hotel again in the future. It is nice to know which establishments you can count on, and this is one of them. FYI, my daughter has asthma and the pets being allowed was a major concern with us. We communicated that to the front desk and we were placed on a strictly pet-free floor, and had no problems what-so-ever. Also, there were some pretty decent restaurants within walking distance. We walked across the street and enjoyed a fabulous meal at Carrabba's. (I think that is what it was... yummy Italian cuisine, whatever it is!)

A very customer-friendly place to stay. The entire staff from the owner, Gary, to the Front Desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was small, (the only chair was at the writing desk), but very well appointed. Big screen TV, HBO, comfortable king, a great walk-in-shower...no tub and shower curtain, here. Every morning a full, hot breakfast buffet in a nice dining area with easy access to poolside tables. A great experience...will return again!

The Best Western was very nice and clean. The staff were super nice and gave us great suggestions of things to do in the area. They were very accommodating to not only us, but our pet bird Bubba too. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently spent the night here for business purposes. I was pleased how beautiful the property was and how well kept up it was. I liked the fact that the update to the room removed the tub and replaced it with a tiled shower! Very ingenious! The pool area looked lovely, and I had a chance to sit and listen to the relaxing waterfall. I certainly hope that I have another opportunity to return. Great caring staff all the way around.

This hotel is well located. Has a nice swimming pool and overall is decorated with good taste. Breakfast is included although is completely forgettable. Considering the price paid I´d say it was a good value.

My husband and I stayed at the Windsor Gardens Best Western in North Palm Beach, Florida. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was great. Cleanliness of the room was fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Have traveled extensively abroad and nationally, the service, accommodations, room amenities, and cleanliness of this Best Western PLUS was outstanding. The location is very convenient to major freeways, businesses, and great restaurants (at least 6-7 within walking distance of the hotel). Would recommend this facility to others and plan to have visiting family and friends stay here
