Tuscany Mediterranee Grill

This was the first place that I tried beef carpaccio--I've been on a relentless search for another place that could match it, but have failed. The beef is sliced perfectly with the melt-in-your-mouth consistency. The olive oil adds a buttery touch and the capers add a burst of complimentary flavors. The arugula salad with parmigiano and olive oil is to die for. The entire plate is $8 but worth way more for the satisfaction.

I've tried a lot of their pastas and all of them are amazing, esp the vodka pasta with salmon. You can't go wrong with the food.

First of all I’m a full blooded Italian and I’m always leery about going out for Italian Let’s face it

My boyfriend and I went to for his belated birthday dinner last Friday. The service was the friendliest I've ever encountered at a restaurant. The atmosphere was just right with the lighting not too dim and not too bright. For appetizers we ordered the beef carpacio (sp?) and fried calamari. Both were amazing. The beef was thinly sliced and very tender. In between the appetizer and entree, there was complimentary orange sorbet which tasted just like an orange. We shared the penne vodka, and it was so good that my boyfriend scraped off all the sauce when we were done! For dessert, they brought out complimentary (and delicious) tiramisu for my boyfriend's birthday. Dinner was topped off with complimentary Turkish tea and chocolate. The entire dinner was slow-paced, and it was the first time at any restaurant that I didn't feel rushed to finish. Matthew, the owner, came out and introduced himself to every table. I really liked that he also took a picture of each table and printed out a picture to take home. It made the experience much more enjoyable. The restaurant is slightly confusing to find but well worth it. They also validate parking. My boyfriend and I are planning on going back in a few weeks.

Friday night i suggested to my family to have my brothers birthday party at the fine dining Italian Restaurant Tuscany Mediterranee Grill,we never been here before, and we wanted to give them a try, since they are getting very good reviews ,



It is located under a high-rise building ,in a award wining best professional office complex called ,Concourse of Irvine,just, off of 405 freeway MC Arthur exit,and it is ,less than a mile from John Wayne Airport,plenty secure parking for my family since we came with 8 cars,



Restaurant is very clean and Ambiance is Romantic.



I had their spinach salad,calamari appetizer and shrimp ravioli,they were all very delicious and plenty ,all my family finished up all their dishes ,surprising ,since they fill the plates with plenty of food,they are very reasonably priced.



l had their house Cabernet , and my dad ordered few bottles of J.LO,



we all had their Tiramisu which was superb, and my brother got his complimentary, with a candle.



we dined for 2.5 hours and we enjoyed every minute of it,



it was a good first experience and we will definitely visit them again,



oh! they also gave us our own private dining room they have it for large groups,



This is truly fine dining experience with first class un rushed service

Tonight I have taken my boyfriend to Tuscany Mediterranee Grill for his birthday,l read the reviews in Yelp and looked at the pictures,it really is as nice actually, l would say nicer than the pictures,It was very Romantic,Ambiance is A+,

we were greeted with smile and asked to which table we like to sit,

the whole dining room is eye pleasing,nice real plants and great pictures,

I had the spinach salad, and Angel Arrabiata with house Merlot(it is a great smooth house wine).

my boyfriend had the Baby mix salad, Seafood Pasta with Morretti ,we shared the Tiramisu,we both loved it.and was given to us with candle as a complimentary for his birthday,we thought it was very nice.

service was excellent,my boyfriend really enjoyed the time we had there, we were not rushed and waiter does not give your check until you ask for it,

and between salad and main dish they offer fruity sorbet as a pallet pleas er,it was a nice touch,and last they give complementary flavored tea.final classy finish after a fine dinner.

First class all the way.

We like to bring our guests to this restaurant ,if they desire Fine Italian cuisine,or Mediterranean dish like kebabs

Food is superb and service is very timely,plenty food, matter fact, many times we had to take some of our food home,Calamari is out of this World.

they have excellent Tiramisu and Chocolate mousse,and for dinner they serve coplimentary after dinner Tea in little cute glasses,nice flavored tea.

if you are in the mood for kebab ,and real hungry, order their combo plate with two skewers .one chicken one beef ,or lamb chops,comes with basmati rice a Mediterranean salad and Yogurt dip,it is plenty and very Delicious,

They also make Espresso and Turkish coffee(very strong and genuine imported the owner(Matthew) said,it really gives you a jolt.)

One of our friends told us to go to Tuscany ,last saturday night we tried it for the first time,very clean and romantic place to take your date,fine food and great ambiance,house wine sellection is superb,chicken Baldostano was delitious,fine service and friendly staff,hard to find but it is worth it.easy parking too.I do not write reviews but this is a exceptional restaurant, try it.we loved it.

I took my date to Tuscany Mediterranee Grill last saturday night,we order the house wine Merlot,smooth is the word.I had risotto and calamari, my girl had the lamb and chicken sish kebab combo, it was very delitious l taste some of her food,price was very reasonable,and make sure to order their baklava with Turkish coffee,and after the meal they serve free Turkish tea in little tea cups,we thought that was very nice touch.

my date loved it and it was our first dinner date so she was impressed, l will take her there again.
