        After training in my younger years with Franco Columbu, I was looking for a trainer with similar knowledge. After searching thru many wanna be trainers, I found Hans. He has expert knowledge in nutrition as well as all forms of fitness training. He can take anyone from a raw beginner to a competing bodybuilder. There is NO OTHER CHOICE! Thank you for your professionalism and patience. Hans really does care about everyone he trains.
