I feel bad the supper sport gym stop giving clean white towels. Yet, I under stand. Can they put up signs. Keep you're hands to you're self. There is a elderly male white adult. He claims he is a trainer. He encourages gym members to look as good as him. Read the books by : Bill Philips. Yet, has encouraged some kind of drug? To get big? He has been observed taping other gym members. He should keep his hands to his self. Unless he sees a sign that reads : Touch me please. Some gym members think he might be a police ? Maybe he is trying to get a reaction for a arrest ? He was observed pushing a gym member. The last time I checked this is : Assault. Calif. Penal Code: 240.

I must admit , I enjoy this gym significantly more. There appears to be very nice gym members. Its was most recently at the : Super Sport Gym. We observed a very sad incident. We observed a tall African American adult looking in the mirror talking to him self. In a very loud voice. At first we thought he was talking on the phone. There was no phone. Sadly the more he kept looking the mirror he got more angry. Then even more sadly then he started talking to the mirror. This is what he said: " Satan I rebuke you "!. Now he was, very pissed the more he kept looking at his self. The louder he got. Then he started yelling at a male Hispanic adult. Then he started yelling at a male Asian adult. The tall African American adult might be a vagrant? He does appear to have a afro . No visible facial hair. He was speaking very loud and condescending, to the male Asian adult. He has been observed pushing a shopping cart. Its unknown if he is violent and turpitude? Next: We noticed the African American adult, was yelling at the top of his lungs at the male Asian adult manager. The African American adult , appears to be biased, toward male Hispanic adults and male Asian adults. He does appear to be missing his front teeth. Obviously his unjustified actions should be grounds to terminate his membership. For possibly his words of terrorism. He was yelling these words to a gym member: "To say certain words and you will die"! This is a threat. Calif. Penal Code: 422. He was bullying a smaller gym member. Calif. Penal Code: 422.6. He was using strong offensive language. Calif. Penal Code: 415. Strong offensive language. He agreed to comply with the gym rules. His actions show, disregard. This is a breach of implied, contract. Calif. Civil Codes: 3300-3400. Sadly his actions are acts of a public nuisance. Calif. Penal Code: 370. He needs his membership revoked before he hurts some one. This is a very tall African American adult. In lieu of OSHA. This is at the : 24 Hour Super Sport Gym. On BROOKHURST. In Fountain Valley Calif. This small gym does not have trouble makers like this. The equipment is nice. All the staff are very nice. The other gym has wonderful staff just ,sadly tolerated consistent, trouble makers . Sadly some just come to cause trouble instead of a good work out. The unjustified incident took place : April 25, 2018. On a Wednesday. I hope the corporate office can look into this issue.
