I think that Mr. Magee was a very good lawyer. He returned my calls on time and was very fair. He worked my case very hard and charged me a reasonable fee. I would recommend him to anyone.

Horrible. This man lied to me,promised alot and did nothing but take $2000.00 of my hard earned money. He refuses to return my calls and the one time he did file a paper on my behalf I had to call the state bar assos. to get him to do it and then he did not show up for the hearing. & months later I still do not have custody or visitation with my child. I highly suggest you look at a diffrent attorney if you wish for your case to be taken seriously. Call his number and all you will EVER get is a voicemail message. This man deserves to be disbarred for the way in which he blatantley lied to me. He is a criminal attorney whom I was referred to by the Texas Lawyer Refferal office to handle my CIVIL case, I was unaware of that and was never told. S.Reynolds
