BEWARE! I would not recommend using this company for tile and grout cleaning and repair. They did not get the stains out of my grout and the caulk and grout repair didn't last one month. Even after a second attempt, the work did not hold up and they only offered us a $35 refund out of a $390 bill! They claim to be licensed, but we were unable to find any proof of license with the city, county or state. They are not accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Their web site says they are "able to lift all soils and stains out of the tile and grout." An ad they have in a local coupon magazine claims they are licensed. Wouldn't this be considered false advertising?
