I've taken my car to Floyd a couple times. Once to fix repair rocker panel/mud guard assembly drug off due to not watching for curb. They fixed it for under $100...Overnight. another shop estimated more than $500. I found Floyd by referral. Another time, the Glove Compartment latch broke in "locked" position. The compartment couldn't be opened. The Honda place estimated $250-$250. Floyd Replaced the entire Glove box door, latch, lock, etc., for about $100...One Hour. (He had to order the parts which took a couple days)
I give Floyd 4 1/2 stars. (his candy dish was empty that day)

Very friendly and professional. After calling a few places, I took my truck here to have accuator repaired. I am very pleased with the service I received. Job was well done and at a good cost. I would definitely recommend this body shop .

After getting a very fair estimate the week before, I took my 2008 Ford Mustang GT to F&S on Monday afternoon 1/30/12 for some minor cosmetic repairs. I was told during my estimate that they would need the car for about two days. On Thursday afternoon 2/2/12, three full days later, I called and was told the car would be done on Friday evening. At just before 5:00PM on Friday 2/3/12, four full days later, I called and was told the car would be done Monday evening. I never heard from anyone Monday or Tuesday, so Wednesday morning 2/8/12, nearly nine full days later, I called and was told the car would be done that afternoon. It is now Thursday afternoon 2/9/12 and I have not received one single phone call from anybody at F&S this entire time. I obviously can't comment on their workmanship since I have no idea what shape my car is in 10 days after dropping it off. But I can say that a $300+ dollar car rental bill for a $500 dollar car repair job sucks, along with their customer service!
