12/27/16 Everyday the mail is slow due to the postal lady who is always sitting in her truck talking on her cell phone and if not talking on her phone she is talking to her friends who stand there talking with her instead of working. She is rude and needs to be on a route where she can get some exercise.. The location is the Troy Mobile Villa located at 2100 Stephenson Hwy, in Troy MI 48084. Other residents have complained as well but yet she still talks and sits in her truck. If you walk up and try to talk to her she says she is taking a break. For those of us who live in the Troy Villa and want there mail will just have to wait until after dark waiting for her to finish or come back the following morning.

Don't bother filling out a yellow "hold Mail" form. They apparently don't use this form anymore OR the letterman doesn't wake up in time to read the form.

My parents left for a trip and sent the hold the mail for 3-4 weeks" card to this postal office, but the at the second week, I want to check their house, saw the mailbox was exploded with mails, the back of the mail box was busted open, and several important mails was all over the lawn nearby...I'm not sure at this point if we lost some mails...this postal service is horrible!!

This post office BLOWS!!!! big time, their all rude, and have this look on their faces like they hate their lives 24/7... and DON'T tell them you have a package waiting that your mail man failed to deliver.. Then you'll see their eyes light with fire, because "they have to walk so much in the back and check so many places"... REALLY??? They catch an attitude the second you ask a question, and Lord knows dont try calling them, the phone will ring ring ring ring, and no one anwsers.. The manager is like a short little dick with glasses who comes out and acts like he's actually making a difference, then acts the same way the rest do, GARBAGE!!

I tried to call customer service as we have received other people's mail three times in the past two weeks, plus Christmas cards that family members sent to us more than one week before Christmas, were never received. After waiting 23 minutes on hold, the person who finally came to the phone said there was nothing they could do to look into the problem because their " system is down" . I then spoke to a supervisor who had the same response, and the only solution was to " call back later" . She refused to even write down our address, so as to be able to look into the problem when system is working. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I have had many, many horrible experiences at this branch of the post office. There are six service windows. Often the line of customers is out the door and only 2 or 3 windows have service representatives. At about 10 minutes until closing, one of the workers stands near the door (Bear is one) to shoo customers away so that the workers don't have to stay over. 1) Be prepared to wait. A long time. They don't care that you have a life and really have better things to do rather than wait in line at the post office.2) Go to another branch. Avoid this Post Office and go to others where the lines are shorter and the help treats you like a human being. Clawson down the street, Bloomfield Hills on Long Lake. Heck, even Royal Oak is better.3) Remember that you are paying their wage, and that you do have alternatives. FedEx and UPS both are other choices. FedEx is at Big Beaver and Crooks, and UPS on Whitmere in Madison Heights.

Lost the package I sent and it cost me over $220. Buyer of the item declined insurance, then found a way to reverse the payment. Don't use this branch of the USPS!
