We take your case to trial and fight to have the charges dismissed., - If we win and your charges are dismissed, the $100 deposit becomes an earned fee, which we keep., - If we are unable to get your charges dismissed - even if we are able to obtain a reduction in charges and fines - we will refund your $100 deposit to you immediately along with your case disposition documents., The bottom line is that our service costs you nothing if we are not able to get your charges dismissed.
