We needed the hardwood floors in our kitchen refinished (heavy foot traffic and water damage in front of stove and sink on blond wood) and we despaired of finding a good contractor to take on such a small job. Brian did it beautifully. He was prompt in responding to our phone query, arrived on time to bid and set up a time to begin, arrived when he said he would, did a careful, complete job (with a spot-on estimate of how long it would take to sand, prep and lay down the requisite coatings) and left the work site spotless and shining. He was a pleasure to have around the house and also left us the materials to properly clean another area in the dining room ourselves. Highly recommended!
