BEWARE!!! If I could this this company negative stars I would!!
Eddie Santos Aka Eduardo de los Santos, came to quote our landscape project(February 2020). Gave us an estimate and told us it could be completed next by the end of the following week. We gave him a deposit (check which he immediately cashed) since they were delivering the sod, and soil. He came out the next day to kill a large amount of grass for easier removal. The following day he showed up an hour late, scraped off a 1ft wide by 6ft long area of grass. I was leaving to take kids to school and when I came back he was gone and that is all he had done. After numerous calls and text from myself and my husband, he finally said that he was really busy after all the rain (yet he came out for 10 min). He wasnt busy when we hired him. He also said sod could not be delivered til next week, and said he would bring our deposit back. He has not returned any calls or text. Has NOT returned our money nor has he show up or done anymore work! We are now out $500, and left with a bunch of dead grass.
DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Eddie and his team were never on time to a job they scheduled and sometimes didn’t show up at all. The jobs were constantly cancelled due to being behind on other jobs and weather. It took over a month to have sod and a patio put in our back yard even though when we called it was scheduled to be done within a few days. The sod was not checked on once a week for four weeks like he advertises. The patio was rained on and ruined from the gutter dripping on it while still setting, this shows lack of expertise in 1) checking the weather and 2) having the decency to cover their work to ensure a quality product. We did not know rain would do something like that, they should have. And instead of resurfacing it and fixing it, they offered to paint over it for free. Since it was free, they never showed up. They received their money and never came back. Eddie does not respond to any texts or calls or voicemails. He is completely unprofessional and I discourage anyone in the area from utilizing his services.
