Tom is very professional, knows his stuff, solved my rodent problem in 2 visits, another company had been there 6 or 7 times

The company was quick to respond to my request for pest control. The technician arrived within the time stated and used spray foam to fill holes/gaps throughout the house and set multiple traps. He gave advice for purchasing covers for drainage pipes and advice to keep holes under our air conditioning unit filled to discourage burrowing. He was pleasant and professional. I did have one disappointment: When calling the company I had a concern as to whether they would pull out the dishwasher and fill holes. I was assured they would do so. But the technician obviously had not been informed and declined. It was clear this was not something he normally did.

We would highly recommend this company. Not only were they very quick to respond to our request but they took care of the problem in a very speedy and professional manner. This does not happen too often today. We are so greatful that we found a company that answered and took care of all our requests.
